Absolutely the best milkshakes in town! Love the Mandarin Chocolate or Mint Chocolate. But, remember to bring a check or cash. No credit cards.

Try the obama burger, it is awesome.

There isn’t a better burger joint between here and Chicago (unless you count their Phinney location). The shakes are thick, the onion rings are crisp and tangy, and the burgers are worth risking arterial sclerosis.

Just dam good burgers and side orders - great “malts”. A good buy for the money.

My brother, a Magnolia resident, took me to the Red Mill on my last visit to Seattle. It is the greatest burger place on earth. I can’t wait to come back to Seattle, so I can go to the Red Mill again.

I swear they put crack in these things. There are some great burgers to be found in Seattle (Nickerson, Bad Alberts, Ballard Brothers), but for “not quite fast food” this is the best.

Great food, but the no credit card rule is irritating and keeps me away (because I rarely carry cash). I bet a letter to the IRS would do the trick. They can’t be claiming all of their revenue when it’s just cash, right?

The best I have had yet in Seattle. I make sure I go to the ATM now before I go there. Love it!

According to http://www.decadeonline.com/main.phtml?agency=skc, at last surprise health inspection this restaurant got 5 points, with 1 high risk violation.

I came 3,000 to eat here again. I was not disappointed. Can they open a place in Syracuse, NY?

This place is a true gem in our city. Sure, there's other burger places, but its the food, the ambience, the quick service that keeps me coming back all the time. Its amazing how fast you get your food when there is a long line ahead of you. The young staff is on the money and I appreciate the no cell phone rule. The toughest decision is whether to get a chicken club or a Red Mill deluxe. Hmmmm, I'm getting hungry right about now.

Still one of the best burger deals in Seattle. There are “gourmet” burgers around that are great, and expensive, but for your get-down-and-dirty burger, Red Mill is hard to beat.

yummy yum yum. love the basic burger with all the veg. delish. oh, not that in to the onion rings (weird off-putting spice for me) but lots of folks love 'em.

    You're an idiot.

  • 18 Brandon // Apr 26, 2010 at 12:25 pm

They're just stupid. They think they're saving 20 cents plus 2% by not taking cards, but really they're driving away at least a handful of customers who don't want to go to an ATM before dinner.
