The house at 3844 36th Ave West is on the market for $419,950 and has two bedrooms and one bath along with the cabin.
The backyard cabin is rustic but not exactly primitive since it has a new roof, power and cable TV.
The owner of the property picked the cabin up at a garage sale according to John Gardner, an agent with John L. Scott Real Estate. The story is that a woman built the cabin in the woods 50 years ago, but it was going to be torn down to make way for a new development, Gardner said. Instead, it was disassembled, hauled down to Magnolia and put back together again.
