Here is a look at the slush on Dravus Street this afternoon. Some cars are attempting to make it up the big hill which is still covered with thick snow quickly turning to mush.

At a media briefing today, Mayor Greg Nickels says he’s happy overall with the city’s response to the unrelenting weather that has made driving city streets difficult.  But he admits there is room for improvement. 

 And we would avoid standing under this awning where the snow looks like it is ready to fall down fast.  As Magnolia Voice reader Ed who took these pictures says watch out below.
