Debate club judges needed

The Sucessful Schools In Action Debate Club has a tournament at Lawton on January 22 and needs volunteers from 3 to 6:30 p.m. to help make the event a success. No experience is necessary, but volunteers must be high school freshmen or older (for students this qualifies for service hours).

Parents, friends, and neighbor volunteers are welcome, too. The 30-minute training for volunteer judges starts at 3 p.m. Volunteers are also needed that day to help with snack service, registration table, and general assistance.

Debate Club is made possible by Successful Schools in Action for 4th and 5th graders of Blaine, Lawton, Coe, and John Hay Schools.
