Here is your chance to party like its 1979. Beginning tomorrow (2/19) and running for the next 30 days, Pagliacci Pizza is giving us all a welcome break on the price of their pies.
They’re celebrating 30 years in business by selling by-the-slice pizza at 1979 prices. That means a slice of cheese is just $.85, pepperoni is $.95, or splurge on a slice of AGOG for $1.05.
But it gets better. Large pizzas are 30% off (first pizza only) for the next 30 days too. For example, that means you can get a Salumi primo, piled with Salumi salami, Mama Lil’s peppers, roasted fennel and ricotta for around $14.70 (regular price is $20.99). And yes, these prices are good for delivery, too.
Founder Dorene Centioli-McTigue opened the first Pagliacci Pizza on the Ave in the University District with her brother and cousin in 1979. You can read the rest of the history of this popular Seattle institution here.

I think the special slice price is available at the Queen Anne location (and a couple others) only. Not at the Interbay.
