The Magnolia Community Center will be hosting a series of concerts in the park this summer.
This popular family event ais held every other Wednesday night at the Magnolia Playfields Park. You can enjoy a variety of musical styles while you picnic, visit with friends and neighbors and the kids can play at the park. Here is the schedule for this summer:
7/8/09 Magnolia Road—Rock ’n Roll Party Hits
7/22/09 The Mark Whitman Band—Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Jazz
8/5/09 Kids Night with Nancy Stewart—Children’s Singer/Songwriter
8/19/09 Jimmy Free’s Friends—Reggae Favorites
All the concerts start at 6pm.

I really enjoy this website. I think it’s even more informative than the Magnolia News. As for the Wednesday Night Music in the Park, I think it’s wonderful, and about time we get to really enjoy the park.
