The Seattle Police Department made two more arrests in the recent string of armed robberies in the Seattle area.  One of the nine robberies took place in Magnolia when a group of young men were robbed at gunpoint in the 2600 block of Magnolia Boulevard.

Four other suspects were arrested last week and during the course of their follow up investigation, robbery detectives arrested two additional males. The suspects are an 16 and 18 years old.  They were arrested yesterday in Auburn by Seattle Police Department SWAT officers.  The suspects were brought to police headquarters for questioning and the 18 year old has been booked into King County Jail and the 16 year old has been booked into the Youth Service Center.

Two suspects were previously arrested on September 15th and another two turned themselves in on September 17th. Photographs of the suspects were released from a convenience store camera which helped lead to the arrests.

Police say that all of the suspects believed to be involved in this series of robberies are now in custody.
