Holiday Open House will kick off holidays

November 4th, 2009 · Comments

We know that Magnolia residents look forward to the Holiday Open House so we wanted to let you know that it is set for November 20 this year.  Just like Halloween, West McGraw between 32nd and 34th streets will be closed to traffic so people can enjoy the festivities.

Look forward to pictures with Santa at the Windermere office, Christmas sing-alongs in Serendipity Café, ornament decorating, and performances from the Magnolia Chorale, Seachordsmen, Bell Ringers, and The Magnolia Theater Company.  As always our generous local restaurants will be providing food, and there will be hot chocolate and cider samples form Tullys and Starbucks.

The Christmas tree lighting will take place at the Garden Center as the Campfire Girls sing. Boy Scouts will be guiding traffic, accompanied by other volunteers to help man recycle stations and clean up.  Always a great way to kick off the holiday season.
