A reception for artist Joan Wortis will be held at Swirl Wine Bar on Thursday (11/19) from 6 to 9p.m.  Swirl is displaying a series of mixed media artworks by Wortis in conjunction with ArtXchange in Pioneer Square.  ArtXchange is a local gallery that creates cultural exchange through art by bringing unique international artwork to new audiences.

Originally from New York, Wortis has traveled around the world to find inspiration for her work. She has exhibited at galleries and museums across the country and internationally.  

Swirl Wine Bar is located on McGraw Street in the Magnolia Village.
