Buses making it to Magnolia

King County Metro Transit is operating on a snow schedule and there were some service cancellations today. We saw a number of Metro buses making their way through Magnolia today.

Yesterday, one bus was jackknifed in The Village and another was stuck on Throrndyke. Today, those buses have been cleared.

We saw lots of people waiting at bus stops.

I was able to get on the 33 this morning (which actually arrived within 2 min. of when the website said it would) and get around prety easily.

I live near Thorndyke and 22nd, over near Time 4 Pho.

Anyone know if the buses on snow routes that come down Thorndyke stop near there? Going to the airport tomorrow, and trying to find the nearest bus route to me (hauling a lot of stuff)

Yeaaa….buses are running. Just hoping that they’ll be running on Black Friday as well -helps with the shopping.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
