A big fundraiser for Ballard High School?s music and athletic programs is coming up next month. The 11th Annual Ballard High School Golf Classic will be August 1 and 2 at the Golf Club at Newcastle. There will be a dinner and auction the night of August 1st, and golf on the 2nd. There are many ways to be involved by playing in the tourney, donating to the auction or becoming a hole sponsor. At BHS over 850 student athletes participate on 35 different teams in 21 sports and more than 200 students are involved in music programs. This fundraiser, put on by the Ballard High School Foundation, is the single largest fundraiser for athletics and music at Ballard High School.
