The Ballard Bridge will close to vehicle traffic around 10:15 this morning, while opening for a large marine vessel’s passage through the waterway.  The closure will last between 10 and 15 minutes, and expect traffic to be very congested on surrounding streets.

If you are heading to Ballard, be sure to allow for delays or consider taking alternate routes.
