Upcycled kids clothing store coming soon to Magnolia

March 5th, 2013 · 3 Comments

There’s a brand-new store opening in the Village and we can hardly wait! Wish Upon Children’s Consignment  is moving into the old Dish it Up space and Co-owners Jamie and Erin plan to open their doors for business on March 13th.  They are accepting consignments now with limited consignment hours; Thursday – Saturday, 11:00 – 4:00, but co-owner Jamie says no worries if you can’t make the narrow time slot:

If you aren’t able to get to us during those hours, give us a call and we’ll be happy to arrange an appointment, or even a pick-up…We are accepting all seasons of new and gently used children’s clothing -children’s books, toys and baby gear.

Co-owner Erin adds

Jamie and I are so very excited to bring our business to Magnolia.  I grew up in Magnolia, attending Briarcliff Elementary and Catherine Blaine middle school.  My parents still live in Magnolia, and I’m just across the canal in Ballard.  Jamie and her family live in Magnolia.

Welcome!  We are thrilled you’re here.

3 days a week for 5 hours a day? Gonna take a whoooooole lot of consignments to pay the rent there.

Those are just hours that consignments are being taken prior to opening. The regular business hours will be similar to the rest of the village.

Thanks for the clarification! That seems like an important point.
