Anthony?s Restaurants celebrates the photography of Jana Suchy with the release of her book, Fishing for a Living in Alaska?s Southeast. They have?showcased Jana?s photographs on the walls of Chinook?s at Fishermen?s Terminal for more than 25 years, and this Thursday, November 21, Jana will be there signing copies of her book from 4-7pm.

Her book is a visual memoir of the years she lived as a commercial fisherman in the Alaska fishing fleet, beginning in the early 1980?s. Her photographs depict stories and moments from those six years she lived at sea, the people she met along the way and the sights that she took in. Her passion and creativity for capturing the beauty of life at sea have drawn the audience of the fishing community and all seafood fans alike, captivating them with her photographic storytelling.
