Jamie Moyer joins a new team

Magnolia?s baseball great, Jamie Moyer, has moved to a new city to join a team in a new position. Moyer will grace the broadcast booth of the Philadelphia Phillies to commence analyst duties with Matt Stairs and play-by-play announcer Tom McCarthy, it was announced in a Phillies press release.
Moyer is scheduled to broadcast more than 100 games.
“We are thrilled to have World Series champions Jamie Moyer and Matt Stairs join our Phillies broadcast team,” said Comcast SportsNet president Brian Monihan. “These two former Phillies bring a unique perspective to the booth, and their expert analysis will add a new level of energy, insight and enjoyment to our Phillies broadcasts.”
Moyer was a member of the Phillies? 2008 World Series championship team. He previously worked with ESPN.
