Summer fun for little ones at Discovery Park

Summer is in full swing and many wonderful opportunities are available for exploring Seattle Parks with a Naturalist, whether strolling the beach discovering intertidal creatures, finding the magic of insects in a microworld, or seeing the natural world through the eyes of your tot. Check out these fun programs:

TidePool Adventure Discovery Park’s North Beach

Meet at the Discovery Park Environmental Learning Center

Ages: 6 and older     Free

Saturday, August 9 8:45 – 10:45am

Sunday, August 10 10:00 – 11:30am

 

Summer Forest Exploration

Discovery Park Environmental Learning Center

Ages: 6 and older

Saturday, August 3 1:00 – 3:00pm

 

Insect Magic for the Family

Discovery Park Environmental Learning Center

Ages:  Families with children, ages 4 and older $5.00 per person

Sunday, August 24 10:00am – noon
