Local students are invited to a read-in Ms. Gallegos, the Lawton Elementary School librarian! Lawton students and other young readers are invited to stop by the Magnolia Public Library to chat with Ms. Gallegos and sign up for the summer reading program at the library. Dive into science and learn something new! We?ll do a variety of fun experiments to find out how things work and why. For ages 12 and up.

Think you don?t use math every day? Think again! Make colorful chemical reactions with Pacific Science Center staff & explore every day uses for numbers, shapes, probability and measurements. For ages 7 and up.

Enjoy singer-songwriter and illustrator Morgan Taylor?s multimedia performance about Gustafer Yellowgold, a resident from the sun who traveled to Earth and landed in the Minnesota woods. For ages 4-12.
August 14th 2-4pm
Crafty Science Lab
Throw on your lab coat and cackle with glee as we get some hands-on science fun and learn something new! We’ll perform a variety of experiments to find out how things work and why. For ages 6-12.
