Update: Seattle Pie opened this weekend, selling over 150 pies. Their regular hours of operation will be 7am to 7pm seven days per week. They will also be selling their pies at Magnolia Thriftway.

Magnolia’s newest restaurant is set to open on Friday (7/17) in The Village. Seattle Pie is in the former offices of John L Scott Real Estate at 3111 McGraw Street.

Owners Alyssa and Patrick Lewis (shown here with sons Luke and Owen) have been working to get the restaurant ready for opening. They will offer breakfast and lunch daily and of course there will be pie. The menu features a large selection of pies, including cream pies and fruit pies that can be purchased whole or by the slice.

A new restaurant is set to open in The Village in a few weeks and the bakery cafe will offer breakfast, lunch and pie. Seattle Pie is the dream of owners Alyssa and Patrick Lewis.

Alyssa and Patrick (seen here with their sons Luke and Owen) searched all over the city for the right place to open their new restaurant before finding exactly what they were looking for in Magnolia. They say they fell in love with the neighborhood and they are moving here too.
We got a sneak peek of the restaurant that is located in the former John L Scott office at 3111 McGraw Street.

Alyssa and Patrick have been baking for 13 years and their menu features a wide variety of pies for sale by the slice or whole. Breakast will include Swedish Pancakes, Quiche and baked goods. The coffee is from Pura Vida. Lunch is fresh made sandwiches, soups and salad. They say the food will be very old fashioned and natural.

Here is the pie section of the menu:

Prices are reasonable with whole sandwiches for $5.95 and Swedish Pancakes are $6.75 for two. There will also be fresh baked goods and donuts each day. They plan to offer baking classes for children and for every pie they sell they will make a donation to a local school for deaf children.
We will let you know as soon as they have a firm opening date.
