The FBI has released photographs of the suspect in the robbery at Key Bank in Magnolia last Saturday.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 40?s, 5?9? with a chubby build.   He entered the bank a little after noon on Saturday.  He handed a note demanding money to a teller.  The note said the man had a gun but no gun was seen.  The teller handed an undisclosed amount of money to the robber who then left the bank on foot headed northbound.

Anyone with information about the bank robbery should call the tip line at 1-800-222-TIPS.

  1. this guy obviously didn’t know his way out of Magnolia. ?Northbound from Key Bank?

  2. I think I saw him at the bus stop by the firestation on 34th the other day. He shouldn’t be too hard to spot if he is dumb enough to come back to the neighborhood.

  3. Seems awfully strange for someone to rob a place in Magnolia considering its entrances and exit points being just a few. ?He must have cased the place for a while and figured it all out. ?I can’t help but think that he only got maybe a few thousand. ?Hope they catch him soon.

    1. doubt he cased the place. otherwise, he would’ve known that there are TONS of cameras in that place and disguise himself better than he did.

  4. Maybe they ought to get the address right…..it’s 34th, not 31st.? 2401 31st is the Mormon Church.

    1. Not a bad idea – if he held up the Mormon Church he might have made off with more money!
