Magnolia Montessori helps the homeless

Magnolia Montessori School is partnering with Seattle?s Union Gospel Mission to collect items for?an emergency?shelter for?homeless men, women and children.?Sharon Thomas, Public Relations Manager for the Mission?says

We are asking parents to help their children to go through their closets and pantry to find?gently used toys, books, warm clothes, non-perishable food and coats they could part with…a new pair of socks?is greatly appreciated.

You can drop off your items at Magnolia Montessori -2849 Thorndyke Ave West, between Barrett St. and Armour St. (there’s a box in the backyard), ?November 26th– 30th?from 9:30 ? 4:00, Monday to Friday.
